You couldn't be further from the truth. In 1993 the biodiversity treaty was on the fast track to be approved 99-0 and within hours of being voted on. But for the courageous leaking of the UN appendix to this treaty by an insider and the followup efforts by Dr. Michael Coffman, this disaterous trety would have passed and been signed by Bill clintoon.
