To: Gay State Conservative
I seem to recall having read that Iraqi law stipulates that nobody over a certain age can be executed in Iraq and that Sadaam is within a few months of having attained that age.

I did as well and believe the age is 70. Don't recall when he'll reach that age but expect his appeals to drag on until then.

This was the final verdict on his appeal ... Hang to death within the next 30 days. Remember this is not the U.S.

That was the last appeal. At least in Iraqi courts.
