I know several Muslims quite well, who absolutely do not agree with the Islamic extremists.

It is unfair to paint all Muslims with the same brush.

The KKK and the white supremacists hold the Bible high when they rant.
That does not make the Bible bad, it only points out that both good and wicked people read the Bible. They just read into it what fits their agenda.

The same with any other religion.

At one time, the KKK was as powerful a force in the South as the Islamics are today in their territory. All the time believing that they were good Christians.

I am not defending the Muslim religion. Only pointing out that there are some very good people in this world who are Muslim.

Islam is a cult. The same as the KKK, Waco, white supremacists, etc. It needs to be treated as something separate from Muslim.
