DETROIT — Speaking in Dearborn, Mich., late Sunday night, the first Muslim elected to Congress told a cheering crowd of Muslims they should remain steadfast in their faith and push for justice.

"You can't back down, you can't chicken out, you can't be afraid, you got to have faith in Allah, and you got to stand up and be a real Muslim," Detroit native Keith Ellison said to loud applause.

"Allahu akbar" — God is great — was the reply of many in the crowd.

"Allah" does not mean "god" in any language. "Allah" is the NAME of the Muslim rock god. "ilah" is the arabic word for god. This is pointed out in the koran more than 52 times.

So I ask the question: Should we kill all wolves, including your pet and the pets that any other person may have because of the wild ones?

I just finished watching the Dog Whisperer and he says something that is very interesting, over and over. There are no bad dogs, only bad dog owners.

I think the same thing should be applied to our immigrants. The first thing you do with a pack is you do not let the pack get out of control to begin with. The best way to prevent that is to not add to the pack until you have control over what you already have.

I live just north of Detroit. I can honestly wonder if anyone would know if the yoots were burning cars. Being that I will be statistically safer when I go to Baghdad next month than I am in downtown Detroit, will anyone actually be able to notice the extra five cars burning?

Property crime against cars in Detroit is endemic. Police don't respond to it, residents at visitors take it for granted. The only people seriously concerned about a rash of car fires would be the car strippers who burn their hands trying to rip off the cars. As for Baghdad, it's about 40% more dangerous than the Detroit average (so saith Google Answers). Probably a lot more dangerous than downtown, somewhat less dangerous than certain neighborhoods at night. All sweeping generalizations of course, YMMV.

Some see Liberalism is a religion, and belive it to be busy outlawing free speech and expression of religion, excluding Islamic faith. Some might say Satanic rituals should be protected under the law as they are a religious expression, and some would prefer to jail its practitioners. When Muslims become the majority, all debate will end. All non Muslims will be forced to join or die. That is the reality. Heads will roll, it is the nature of Islam.
