Federal officials were "outrageously obstructive" during a congressional probe examining possible Islamic terrorist and foreign ties to the 1995 Oklahoma City bombing, according to a congressman who disclosed to WND some of the highlights of a subcommittee report scheduled for release next week.

So even in 1995 the government was doing everything possible to keep the truth from the public about terrorism. Can't let the masses think that the head-choppers did it, they might demand blocking the borders to the head-choppers and the throat-slitters.
I have a gut feeling that Rohrabacher is right. But I am trying to think through why our government would not want us to know that Islam was involved in the Oklahoma City bombing.
But that didn't happen after 9.11, when by all rights it should have. At that point we should have deported all of them. Why does our government want head-choppers and throat-slitters here? I would have happily supported their mass deportation at the time, and still would.
Makes sense to me. If they acknowledged Islamic involvement, then they couldn't have gone after the militias as they did. The feds made every patriotic citizen with a weapon, willing to defend his/her country feel like they were the enemy.
In short, political correctness rules.
Not just Oklahoma bombing, but the jet in N.Y. is tied to muslim terrorists too as well as other attacks.
Don't want it to get out as the American folks will rebel against big oil and the mid east.
That's the part I don't understand. Does the government think that people can't handle the truth?
I think they're more afraid that the people will discover the truth...
Yes, and who benefits from the continued presence of Islam in this country? Who benefits from allowing the ones who are here to stay here and cause trouble, run hate-America schools, the six imams on the airplane. Who benefits from the slow wearing down of our culture's defenses, with the occasional big bang like on 9.11, by the towel-heads? I am trying to figure our why our government's policies are so anti-America and pro-Islam, tolerating terrorists in our midst and telling us we are racists for not wanting to ride on buses with people wearing masks.
The Egyptian that crashed the airliner can be added too.
Government fears that if the voters knew the truth, they would demand action against the Middle East. The demand for action would cause a world-war. That is not a good thing.
Demand action against the Middle East. Like, maybe, invade Iraq and Afghanistan? What I don't understand is the government's willingness -- to the point of deception -- to tolerate this behavior and these people on American soil.
Almost right. Government fears the people's demand for action if the truth gets out. A world-war would probably result. And our Army is just not big enough for that.
Do you remember the gas lines of the 1970s? It's not about oil profits; it's about energy availability to keep the country running.
I'm in favor of some domestic housecleaning.
Thank you for posting this.
So, you think if we sent all the towel heads and their fellow travelers home, the oil producers would cut off our oil supply, cutting off their only source of income at the same time? They don't make and produce anything else much, maybe a few nice rugs.
