Most likely the Uranium is in a Trupack.Not likely, Trupact, is licensed to transport TRANSURANIC waste (DOE wastes containing primarily low levels of Plutonium) to the Waste Isolation Pilot Plant faciliy in NM. Don't think it is used for Uranium powder. If this was a U powder, perhaps it was yellowcake, the unenriched precurser form for making UH6. (?)
