Hate to be critical but only looking at the "Wisconsin" I take it you used freshwater fish for those tacos? If so "yuk" they should only be made with saltwater fish such as speckled trout ( I know a waste but let's be extravagant), redfish, pompano or kingfish.

Now to be serious, I see lots of Hispanics at the grocery store and they mostly buy pretty smartly. Lot's of tortillas (flour and corn), eggs (by the crate), cheap sausage and chicken parts, beans and rice. They seem not to buy any fruits or vegetables and I find that strange because I have been to Central America and everybody seems to be eating a pineapple, banana etc. I have not seen anyone hungry in the U.S in years unless they have a drug or other problem.

I used Walleye. They were yummy. I travel to Mexico quite often, so yes, I agree that saltwater fish make a better taco, but since I was "food insecure" I had to use what was at hand, LOL! ;)
