When I read the earlier reports, I did wonder who saw him and who reported on this.

I bet they caught a lot of it on surveillance tape.

Very possible. But how did they know where he had gone with the docs? Although I suppose it's possible that the investigators simply figured that it had to be someplace close and checked the tapes.

STill, I wonder why all this is coming out now. Can they get him on perjury?
