Have you tried Flaxseed Oil or Fish Oil?

I've been doing some research and find that both of these are suppose to help ease painful arthritis. I've been taking Flaxseed because it helps lower cholesterol as well. I've added Grape Seed Extract (GSE) to my regimen too. My dad's side of the family has heart issues. So, they are good additions to my diet.

I think my pain is muscle and not joint. I probably really over did the weight training, and will just have to take enough time off for it to heal. I don't recover from injury as quickly as I use to.
