Christmas Cookies
Marzipan 
FWIW – Marzipan must be 2 parts ground almonds to 1 part sugar. Rose water is the only allowed flavoring although the cookies may be dusted with sugar later.

I was riding the elevator back up to my office after lunch and 2 women were having a conversation. One asked the other if it was warm out. The other said it was colder today, as it should be, because Polar Bears are dying! LOL! I almost choked on my own spit!
I am currently watching the 1960's "Mission: Impossible" TV series on DVD. It is terrific!! Makes me forget the Tom Cruise version. Definitely the DVD set to buy this season. It has my highest possible recommendation. (BTW, this is the first season with Steven Hill, not Peter Graves--he joined in season 2.)
