They'll be sentenced to 25 years to life. Which in New York means they'll have their first parole hearing in 8 years. And if not granted parole the first time, will be granted the second or third time.
This is a federal trial. No parole, and possible death penalty.
Odds are good this guy will kill at least 1 more person while in prison, and maybe 2 or 3.
No doubt the existing prison population will feel their civil rights are being violated by putting scum like this in the same place with them.
