You won't hear any lawyers or law professors, etc., recommend a jail sentence for Liefong at this point. There needs to be an investigation and some concrete revelations coming out before any of them will stick their neck out that far publicly.

Why defend Estrich. Here mild call for replacement is absurd. She should be advocating prosecution of this guy. She should be talking about Duke University, and the players themselves suing the pi$$ out of the jurisdiction he represents. She isn't a jury.
