A private laboratory hired by the prosecution in the Duke lacrosse case failed to report that it found DNA from multiple males in the accuser's body and underwear, according to a defense motion filed today. The lab, DNA Security of Burlington, found that the DNA did not match the three defendants, their lacrosse teammates or anyone else who submitted their DNA to police, including the accuser's boyfriend.
The new evidence emerged in thousands of documents handed over to the defense in October.

Her "Handlers" must have driven her to the hospital. Since she is no longer in a "committed relationship", I wonder who THEY are....Nifong's detectives or Mrs. Nifong?
Sorry, I misunderstood your post. To explain: I think that early on, Nifong DID believe a rape occurred. By the time he learned there would be no DNA evidence, he knew of the pregnancy, and hung his hat on the paternity. Of course, that does not explain the, "they used condoms" comment. Like I said, Nifong is not playing with a full deck.
I doubt that she knows who the father is and I doubt that she cares.
Her two older children are NOT those of the husband, to whom she was married, at the time of both conceptions. The female is a slut; not to mention a whore.
Yet, according to his bio, Nifong is Phi Beta Kappa. I think his actions speak more to his having excessive hubris.
I agrre completely.
One can be "smart" ~ yet not have a lick of common sense.
He got the first report back from the state within weeks.
He got the one from DNA Security on April 28th.
He WAS smart enough to see the opportunity that championing this case gave him. He did not have the sense to think it through.
Oh, you're right about that.
It's all about the win for him, isn't it?
I'm not sure what you are saying here: At what point did CGM know she was pregnant?
He sat on this info for 7 mos, yet all the time in court he was saying he'd given the defense all the evidence that he had at that time?
Do you think they knew?
I bet they did; if they didn't know, I cannot imagine Joe Cheshire not holding a press conference this very night.
He had to know the second he got those reports that there was no way she could be pregnant with their child.
He sure as hell knew it before the Grand Jury -- something ELSE that wasn't shown to the GJ, I'm sure.
Yes.
That May 19 H-S article gave a pretty decent report on the DNA findings. Note how today's Herald-Scum reports on the DNA evidence:
Motions take on DNA tests

Save for the positives reported on May 12 for Evans, Murchison and Coleman, none of the DNA tested has matched that taken from the accuser, defense lawyers said.
I'll bet the defense lawyers did NOT say that.
I was wondering about Greta's having known about the pregnancy earlier...could she have confided to Cheshire et al or vice versa. The timing of this disclosure is certainly interesting.
But....didn't they have some special kind of "rape hoodie"? Seems I remember asking my college son if he had such an article of clothing. He wasn't amused....
Why couldn't Christ have been born in Durham?
'Cause they couldn't find three wise men and a virgin.
Okay.......I just watched the news again and I stated what was said wrong:
She said that she was 100 percent certain that Reade was one of her attackers.
But 72 hours after the alleged rape, she recognized a picture of him and said she was 70 percent sure he was at the party.
But at the 72 hour mark, she did NOT identify him as one of her attackers
Handlers could be:
1. Her handler in protective custody.
2. She has a tort lawyer and he has handlers for her.
3. The New Black Panthers?
