Lab in lacrosse case found many DNA sources (DUKELAX)

A private laboratory hired by the prosecution in the Duke lacrosse case failed to report that it found DNA from multiple males in the accuser's body and underwear, according to a defense motion filed today. The lab, DNA Security of Burlington, found that the DNA did not match the three defendants, their lacrosse teammates or anyone else who submitted their DNA to police, including the accuser's boyfriend.

The new evidence emerged in thousands of documents handed over to the defense in October.

Apologies to all -- but you're all my group therapy -- more importantly I thank each and every one of you who have taken this case to heart, brought it to the attention of Americans who, like my family, came from a world where it was never even considered a possibility. If the Seligmans, the Evanses, and the Finnertys ever read these posts, I hope they know that they have many, many decent folks who have stood with them in spirit (some of you financially), many of you with criminal legal expertise and investigative skills. I hope you will never know just how much that can mean when your world falls apart, but I thank God for each and every one of you.

Of course, she said so many different things in so many different ways that it's hard to imagine anyone believing her.

If the accusser cannot ID her 'attackers' in court, there is no case. All charges dismissed. That's the point of the motion.

this case should have been dropped long ago, and not even filed based on all the evidence we now know....

but I won't be satisfied with it just being dropped....I want Nifog to suffer for this, as well as the whole Durham community.....somebody's got to be taught a lesson....

This is a case of gross civil rights violations. No uproar from the ACLU or the media...even Greta is holding out for some crumb of evidence known only to DA NiceDong that will explain everything once it comes out.

Note than in the past 50 years the only difference in civil rights abuses in this country appears to be that now it's the blacks, assisted by elected authority, perpetrating on white males rather than vice versa...

You might lock yourself in the bathroom, turn on the shower at full blast and have a good cry, but you'd never stoop to the level of the lowlife's who perpetrated the crime or bumbled through their jobs.
