let's separate innocent poor citizens from the rabble rousers.....the black community was only doing what they thought they should...afterall, there has been a history of whites getting away with crimes in the distant past( now, its just the opposite.) at least there has been that perception..........

my point is this....the REAL bandwagoners are those that should have known better in the first place...the Duke university staff for one, the TV talking heads who thought they knew better..(nancy grace) and every single newswriter who thought they didn't need to examine this case but could nontheless convict the young men sans trial.....

Well the thought of bringing a tape recorder with me has crossed my mind. But I don't think that's allowed and, unlike Mike Nifong, I generally try to obey the law. I wish they were still allowing video cameras in the courtroom. Nifong is his own worst enemy.

I visited the site. It is truly amazing how many apologists for Nifong are still out there. It boils down to whether or not you are willing to take essentially irreversible actions based on the unsubstantiate word of a prostitute/criminal. The cold hard reality is that only the intellectually enfeebled or those wanting to manipulate the situation for their own ends would do such a thing. PC, like syphilis, does terrible things to a brain. Both are terrible diseases: easy to avoid, hard to cure.

Who Will Stop Mike Nifong?

Just penned this to Tara Servatius...

Tara,

I love your column, your occasional appearances on WBT, and your coverage of what's going on in Durham.

With that said, I have one simple request: Please stop referring to this circus as the "Duke Lacrosse Rape Case" as that title is beyond misleading. The situation has been dubbed that by the all-powerful mainstream media. The MSM uses such names to forward various agendas, which in this case is a racially, politically, economically, "whatever-ally" divisive one.

I hereby coin the phrase, "Durham False Accusation of Rape Charge, Etc." (Durham FARCE) which more accurately describes the shenanigans of that Fool-Run-Amok, Uber-District-Attorney (FRAUD Attorney).

I urge you to help me spread the word about the "FRAUD Attorney's Durham FARCE." In fact, I can imagine neither a better way to get the word out, nor a better headline, than to refer to the "FRAUD Attorney's Durham FARCE" in you column and on the air.
