A private laboratory hired by the prosecution in the Duke lacrosse case failed to report that it found DNA from multiple males in the accuser's body and underwear, according to a defense motion filed today. The lab, DNA Security of Burlington, found that the DNA did not match the three defendants, their lacrosse teammates or anyone else who submitted their DNA to police, including the accuser's boyfriend.
The new evidence emerged in thousands of documents handed over to the defense in October.

Of course, she couldn't pick them out until after their names and addresses, etc., were posted on the internet.

Next to the slut/racist victim and the scum Nifong themselves, this is the most outrageous aspect of this tragedy.
I didn't know the OJ jury was doing a nationwide tour.
Think back to when we were waiting to hear about these reports: am I wrong in remembering we thought it took an inordinate amount of time?
If Nifong was meeting with the firm, I guess he was trying to "tweak" the report.

I could have predicted the outcome. This is nothing more than the get-the-rich-white-kids railroad job and make the prosecutor look like the protector of the underhogs.
Right. But remember this grand jury heard only what Nifong let it hear and nothing more. You can bet the GJ heard that a rape exam showed "injuries consistent with a sexual assault" but heard nothing about the DNA results. None of the LAX boys or their attorneys ever appeared before the GJ. The DA runs that show.
A concern of mine as well. There may be a number of cases in need of being "revisited".
The story hit the AP. I imagine Nifong will have to say something.
If this goes to trial Nifong may get convictions in spite of all of this.
Yeah, for months we have heard all the stories of how she was a good mother, working her way through college. I think she has a serious drug problem, and if she had multiple DNAs, that means she allowed her johns to engage in intercourse without condoms.
I would hope she gets an HIV test and gets drug rehab treatment, at the expense of Mike Nifong, of course.
I still would like to know who her friends are at City Hall, the Durham Police Department and the DA's office that Nifong has tried to protect by bringing the false charges against the Duke Lacrosse players.

Ive said before that if I was a father of one of those boys I would make it my lifes work to ruin that DA, finacially, politically, spriritually, and personally the goal would be prison or a public weeping/flogging. Then I would get to work.
I said on the other thread, remember when we had the Friday night press conference from the defense and they said that the tests absolutely excluded ALL the players? And the next week Nifong as good as called Bill Cheshire a liar, saying that he was spinning and he "knows the real truth?"
He got this second lab right after that.
