Falling prices trap new homebuyers
Neighbors in a new Garden Grove tract say a developer's plan to slash prices by about $140,000 has left them owing more for their homes than they're now worth.

Only with the hired doom'n'gloomers who've made livings bashing Bush for the last six years and will have to find new work.
Wife emailed me four new homes close by with jaw-dropping drops. WOW!!! All Bush's fault.

Vilepot is just another faker. Like Pedro and Toadster. They do not contribute anything to FR. They almost never post a thread; they primarily engage in hate speech and insipid name calling.

This sounds like a temporary price cutting to get rid of inventory. I'd wait until the spring and see if these price cuts hold up before upping the panic level.

*BUMP*! Great post!
The administration is denying any plans are in the works for the North American Union. They claim nobody wants the 'Amero.' Today the six of Bush's Cabinet are in Beijing. Treasury Secretary Paulson and Fed Chief Bernanke are going to beg on their knees: "Please don't sell your U.S. Treasury holding. Please don't dump your dollars for Euros." Beijing will be offered some more free trade promises. Whether they agree to Paulson and Bernanke's pleas is another matter entirely.

Thanks for the link in #304. That's a fine reference.
How about -- if we have a "tie" -- we roll the challenge forward by one quarter?

You mean 3 years ago? So genius, my analysis of the market 3 years ago is difficult to grasp? It is called time. I am impressed by your fervor.
But, wipe the drool from the corner of your mouth, that still doesn't change the fact you and your other rah rah nit-wits no nothing about finance.

Hey, assclown, I've posted 126 threads. I also contribute to FR by correcting your stupid errors and lies. Unlike you, I don't try to make money from FR by pimping a
useless website . If telling the truth about your idiocy is hate speech, then I guess I'm guilty.
Now why don't you report me to the FTC, idiot.

Why don't you say that on the open thread?
So that everyone can enjoy it?

I guess "r" means "revised" and "p" means "preliminary"

John Kerry compared your previous posts to your current posts and has decided to let you join his club.
To: pfony1
So we will go with the preliminary numbers for now, but I think when the revised numbers come out that they should count. I hope you've been thinking about your concession Limerick cause you're gonna need it :o)
To: Porterville
You use the market finally confirming your original assessment as an opportunity to switch sides. You're funny!
To: ex-Texan
They do not contribute anything to FR. My contribution to FR is warning others of your crackpot understanding of economics, and the ulterior motives you have for posting here.
I'm just putting the day-glo warning cones out around your blogpimping, so someone whose eyes fall on your crap for the first time can avoid accidentally believing you.

I haven't seen any pics
it's possible it has only enough space for one person, LOL

The market is different from the supermarket child... it doesn't work like tomatoes and broccoli.... but a good GED will help you fix a propane tank to your trailer and buy a nice chain for your pitbull.
