HOUSTON (Reuters) - A U.S. appeals court on Tuesday ordered ex-Enron chief executive office to report to prison immediately, according to the Houston Chronicle.
On Monday, the court said Skilling could remain free while it considers granting him bail, according to court documents.
Skilling was scheduled to report to federal prison in Minnesota on Tuesday to begin a 24-year sentence for his role in hiding Enron's financial condition from investors as the company's fortunes eroded prior to its 2001 collapse.

This just breaking: Time ran out for Jeff a few minutes -- and so now he's finally off to Club Fed.
The "prison" he will be going to will probably be nicer than my house.
Assume he's headed for Duluth for 24 years. Gad...
GOOD!!!!
I hope this sends a message to other
bigwig prix if you mess with peoples
retirements, you're a goner!
Thanks for posting. I waited just long enough to be able to cross it off my "to do" list. Yesterday's news was so bad, I "didn't wanna be the one" to post it.
But today ... good news. Be off wid ya, Jeffrey!
I was gonna puke if he was allowed to stay out on bail for years of appeals.
Wow, that reversal is going to cause some friction on the 5th Circuit bench. That's fairly stunning.
And Skilling isn't headed to a Club Fed. It's not maximum security, but he won't be playing any golf there.
I still say that Andy Fastow (former Enron CFO) is the real perp. Andy got himself (and his wife) a sweetheart deal.
I want to know where he is so I can go visit and stick my tongue out at him.
I agree. Fastow was the real bad boy...not an ethical bone in his body...
