Scott McDonald is a CPA and is currently the Chief Financial Officer of a company in Wichita, KS. He has over 26 years of business and accounting experience. Through this experience, Scott has seen the negative impact on financial decisions due to the current income tax system and also recognizes the amount of wasted resources employed to attempt to comply with the Internal Revenue Code. He also recognizes the dramatic positive impact the Fair Tax will have on the economy. Scott is currently the volunteer Kansas 4th Congressional District Director for American for Fair Taxation. He has spoken to numerous groups about the Fair Tax and receives a positive response to the Fairtax in almost every presentation. |
James A. Hodges is a Aircraft Designer with over 20 years experience. James has seen many of friends and co-workers loose their jobs because of our the current, archaic, tax system which does not allow American workers to fully compete in today's global economy. So do I. Apparently the message was garbled due to events beyond the control of the writer.
I was also a bit confused by the, "Joe Six Pack" does not understand the tax code, thinking of our own joe six pack, but eventually I got the generic reference.
