Hanukkah begins December 16th, part of the Holiday season, but, Christmas trees are nonsecular where a Menorah is religious ... the Lib's want separation of church and state, well there it is .... this rabbi is also a member of the local ACLU and his congregation extremely liberal in their views .... it had to happen sometime ... and also he says he's the innocent party????? Since when does threatening suit via a lawyer make you an innocent party????

If I'm not mistaken, the rabbi in question is Chassidic and most assuredly not liberal.
