At least Juanita received a warning - Vince Foster did not. Well, we really don't know that he wasn't but we do know that he had a LOT on the Clintons, remember he had taken short trips to Switzerland just weeks and days before he was found murd... um, suicided in Ft. Marcy Park. That we do know.
