I have serious doubts that ANY lieberal congresscritters are smart enough to have even a BASIC knowledge of earth sciences (and probably most other disciplines as well).

Democrats in Congress are supposedly searching for grounds and evidence to impeach the President; his signature on campaign finance reform legislation vitiating the 1st Amendment is grounds enough.

This is silly writing for a person who is supposed to be a professional academic.

The president does not determine constitutionality. He is expected to sign or veto legislation based on his opinion of it as regards the execution of his own duties. The courts are to determine constitutionality or they have no purpose to exist. Moreover, it would be ironic for Congress to impeach and convict a president for signing legislation they sent him. It's beyond bizarre and silly.

Impeach the members of the Supreme Court for failing to strike CFR down. Bush should have vetoed it but it's not impeachable.
