Singapore Airlines said it might buy more Boeing 777 airplanes so it could continue to grow if there were further delays with the Airbus A380 superjumbo jet.

It's amazing that the company line "wiring problems" is still believed by some.
The "wiring" problem has become a joke at Boeing headquarters. Employees who have made small mistakes are being asked: "Do you have a wiring problem or something?". Then accuser and accused share a laugh.

Even the economy class is well thought out by Singapore. They should provide consulting services to the U.S. airlines.

Business Class:

I could imagine flying 20 hours if I had room like this!
Yes, the new business class is unbelievable. Only four seats across on a wide-body. Singapore's current business class is seven seats across on 747s and six or seven seats across on 777s.
But I believe Singapore was the first airline to put first class sleeper seats into business class. They keep raising the stakes.
I almost think Emirates and Singapore are in a war to offer the best international first and business class service.
Actually quiet a few airlines would be up in that list-Ive heard people raving about how it would be on the Qatar Airways A-340 600 & their plans for their soon to be delivered B-777 LRs.Etihad Airways of the UAE(owned by Abu Dhabi) & Malaysia airlines too seems to have big plans for first/business class.
Wonder how all these Slammie nations figure in the list!!
I LOVE Singapore Airlines. They are the best IMHO!!!!!
