There should have been a less corrupt candidate to run in the primaries, right?



LA doesn't have party primaries in Congressional races.... They all run in a single primary on election day and if no one gets a majority then the top two candidates have a runoff. There were 9 democrats, 3 republicans and one libertarian in the Nov. 7th election.
