Love ya, go get them! You are right on, the issue is the politicians and the corruption inherent in letting the developers give money to campaigns. If they paid it to the politician directly would be a bribe. Arguing about the sale tax or the impact fees is a diversions

The capital developments John is talking about are paid for by bonds in MN. The bonds mature years later so the Govt collects the property taxes from the home owners and the business owners after the development to pay for the bonds. Doesn't GA bond?
