Becuase the burden of proof is on those who claim they are unfit parents. But when I have time, I will. I am quite clever at doing google searches. Heck, I even do it in my law practice now. Westlaw is not the end all, and be all, and sometimes, I can get stuff, that is outside my law firm's plan for free, where it would cost a hundred bucks or something on Westlaw.

The sad thing is that when I do, you will dismiss it. You know that, and I know that, because you have hard wiring presuppositions on this matter. That is true isn't it? Be honest. I believe you to be an honest man.

The burden of proof rests on both sides to make their case the best they can. Don't sit there and tell me I have to make a case when you haven't made your own.

I try to keep an open mind, but on certain issues I've seen too much to fall for what some try to pass off as reasoned.
