Yes. Remember after 911 when he told the Saudi Shiek to take his ten million dollar donation and put it where the sun doesn't shine, and before that refused to attend a function in NYC that was honoring Arafat. More, his hero is Winston Churchill and he has read about him extensively.

He was ruthless on crime when he was the Mayor of NY and brought back businesses and tourism as a result. The city before Rudy and after Rudy was very different.

And, don't forget how he made a point of attending every possible funeral after 911 while Hillary was giving lip service to the people of NY.
