We tried the same thing at the end of Vietnam. We turned the war over to the South Vietnamese Army. They were trying to fight against the North, as well as the Soviet Union and China. This time we'll be forcing the Iraqi Army to fight against Syria and Iran.

The difference is that Vietnam didn't control two thirds of the world's oil.
