If this is a 'regional war' why are people dying in England, Spain, Bali, and the United States........to name only a few.

I'm not the one who can't 'fathom' this war, pph. You want to kill everyone and not have us get killed. A little 'fathoming' missing in that.....

And some time you'll have to explain how a war of good and evil (which I fully understand is going on), can be 'regional.'
