What in the heck is wrong with you? Even if you really think such a thing, why would you post it so that the military folks here can read your demoralizing hand-wringing?

Go hold your pity party in private, if you please!

The invasion of Iraq was a success. The policing and rebuilding of Iraq has been less then successful, so far. The ISG-Baker/Hamilton seems to be saying, we should get out before the job is done. At this point, that would be the wrong decision to make. I only wish Bush could express himself to American people better at this critical stage. On election day the American voters said its time for a change in Iraq. At this point, the President has offered nothing new for the American people to see as advancing a final victory. Staying the course is not the answer. Enough political correctness, its time to do whatever it takes to win in Iraq.

Yes, President Bush is doing very well. So is Blair. The President is forceful and also is being kind to the press. It is clear... he knows he is in charge!

They have no idea how the politicians back home have betrayed them.

Yes they do. Within 24 hours of Kerry's slamming the intelligence of the American soldiers, they responded.

What's going on in Iraq is nothing like the MSM reports it. The AP was caught "fabricating" dozens of bogus reports last week.

He who controls communication controls the world. "Reality" can be created.

"Bush has always had difficulty in articulating our posistion on Iraq and the stakes."

I doubt that seriously. It's just that some folks need a swift kick to wake up or if they could manage to remove the mp3 long enough to focus on what's really happening in the world.

I think he did a pretty good job just now explaining the present threat. If we have no victory now our children's future is at stake.

Many have already surrendered. Freepers of little faith are cut and run monkeys.

I have said..... all along. You are either with us or against us. Sure I reach across to the other side. But I do it with my fingers crossed. They do not care about the future of our society, the way I do.

I would like to say that these whiners are NOT people I would want on my side come a crisis! They are useless. They can't stick with something, they whine about inconsequential stuff, and they have NO idea of the importance of this war.

Pfftto them!

I think the President is doing great!

God Bless our Fighting Troops...they are brave and I am truly thankful for their service...because of them, I am able to live out my dreams and raise my family. Our Senators on the other hand are a true disgrace, bent on power, greed, status and their OWN PERSONAL successes.

In the midst of relentless negativism, surrender monkeys full with glee, terrorists celebrating the ISG surrender report, comes the assurance of victory and no surrender from the only man whose decisions count and the only Commander in Chief.
---

He won't back down jveritas! As a Texan, you have my word on it! We don't have to go to sleep at night worried that President Bush has changed his mind on success in Iraq. That's why we both voted for him!

He won't back down... never!

It was right after Cheney went to Saudi Arabia that the Saudi Government said that they will protect the Sunnis if the Shiite Government of Iraq didn't and I think it was meant to be a signal to the Iraqi Government to get their internal crap in order.

I think someone has designed a grand strategy and all this Baker commission stuff is just cover.

The 9/11 commission was a CYA commission for democrats. The Iraq study group was designed to do the same.

He forgot to add Syria, but any kindergarten kid knows that.

On second thought, if the kids are in a public school, otherwise known as "head start" or other names, I take that back. but as an altenative, they probably, especially in California and Mass. all about deviant sex and "alternative lifestyles".
