I hit the abuse button on our 'friend'.

No disrespect, but IMO, it's unwarranted.

Without rhetoric such as his...this thread would be another circle jerk.

I'd rather lurk and read both sides...and in truth, so would you.

Just ignore him. He's just trying to hijack the thread.

You might find this link interesting in that the most redundant subject matter that leaps out at you click here is something that the president hardly ever addresses.

The point is that President Bush IS repeating his message, meaning what constitutes victory in Iraq.

I'd be willing to bet that if we researched how many times he has laid this out it would be hundreds of times.

I do agree that his words keep getting squelched out by the MSM and Dems, so what would you propose he do differently?

That was Jonathan Carl who is either working for CNN or used to work for them.

You are assuming that the President is going to follow the Iraq Surrender Group and leave Iraq in 2008 before the mission is complete and victory is achieved. You are way wrong on this one, because the President will not do this and he has said it so many times.

"We have one guy pulling a Murtha and Kerry on us by saying that it is time to surrender in Iraq but we should not criticize him because he served in the armed forces."

LOL, nice try Goebbels.
You Bushbots are really wackos. You guys have been flaming me all thread long, accusing me of being a traitor, coward, disrespecting my military service. The only people crying are the one's telling me to shut up.

Why because I think our military deserves better than to have to fight a war with their hands behind their backs. Fight to win or get out.

Both sides. You mean mindless attacks with no basis in fact. Just bashing for the same of bashing.

That's what the demonrats do on every single issue. Not thoughtful constructive ideas, just bashing and trashing.

Both have "articulated" til they are blue in the face, the problem is, the microphones are either turned off or scramble the message by the time people get to hear it on a broad scale.

I frankly don't know if there is anyway to overcome the 24/7 pro-terrorist position drumbeat coming from the BSM.

You prove the point buy acknowledging that neither The President or Tony Blair have been successful in the information war.

There is treason going on and none seem able to stop it.

"This uncertanty is the essential problem with why the majority of Americans believe that a change is required".

WRONG. Americans believed that because all democrats have been spewing those "new direction" and "time for a change" propaganda points for a year now. It was very effective but exactly the type of technique used when brainwashing. That alone should give you pause.

As for victory, it has already been won. While politicians whine about no military victory, the powers that be are fighting using the enemy's warplan (in this case, Islam and the Koran).

In 634 AD the Persians moved into Iraq and began the golden years of the Islamic caliphate centered in Baghdad. They did it following end times prophecy from the Koran that states that Ancient Babylon (Iraq) has to be rebuilt to bring forth the Apocalypse and the 1000 years of peace and Islamic rule they think follows it. Remember Saddam constantly bragging that it was rebuilt?

The Bible says that God will destroy her if they rebuild and is 14 centuries older than than the Koran. So we destroyed it.

When the politicians and others decry the lack of repair of infrastructure in Iraq I sit back and breathe a sigh of relief because I know we have a while longer before Ahmadinejad attempts his nuclear apocalypse to release the 12th Imam from the well.

History will show this to be a combination of WWII and the Crusades, and it will also show the magnificent beauty of this warplan. No politician and no public poll will be able to change that.
