Actually I think Warner is joining Sen. Byrd in losing mental acuity. I'm extremely disappointed in the Senate in general. The Senate USED to be the home of the best minds in the country. Now they are the best clowns in the country...

I agree with you completely, Lee. The Senate is now an embarrassment, with a few notable exceptions such as Coburn, Kyl, Cornyn, Sessions.
