Someone said this morning on radio that Jimmy will probably go to Venezuela and certify Chavez's election. Always struck me as funny -- Carter declaring a dictator's election as fair and regular. He just loves malevolent despots. Now I guess I know why -- apparently, he wasn't above dirty deals himself.
Carter is a pathetic old man. No doubt he is intensely bitter about having lost to Reagan.
