Belkis Gonzales is not listed in the Fl healthcare provider registry either. That may not be the exact name of the site but when this first happened I looked up the site where you can find any doc, nurse, therapist, etc. who is licensed to practice in Fl.
Belkis Gonzales is the clinic OWNER. I don't think the owner has to be a licensed healthcare professional. They're just business people, though it's a nasty business.
