Why would prison inmates or black men want Sharia law, which is much fiercer in punishing theft, etc.?
Some are attracted to 'external' control over their lives as they haven't the will to exercise self-control. ie. some people are just plain lazy. Freedom was never intended for them.
Not only that, but the lands in which the slave trade is still practiced are all muslim.
