Police say De Hogue kept driving with the stroller trapped in the undercarriage of her truck for about three-quarters of a mile.
Then she got out, removed the stroller, and drove home.
Witnesses helped police track down De Hogue. She was arrested and interviewed with the help of a Spanish-language interpreter.
WTF?? OMG!!! Just when you think you've heard of everything horrible, something like this happens.
What a nightmare.
Prayers to the child's family.
Execution would be too good for her.

I tell you, it's time for a class action suit against the Govt of Mexico, and our own federal government for that matter.

If it was a guy, they'd slaughter him in court. Because she's a person with a uterus, she'll cry, psychologists will tell how devastated she is - she'll get off with probation and a suspended license.
Perhaps I am jaded, but if you're a woman, eveyone in the world is on your side pitching for excuses for you. If you're a guy, you're dead meat.
She'll get away with very little punishment.

Evidently the woman is here legally, has been unemployed and on pain meds for two years, and ran off thinking that she'd only hit the grandmother "a little". So I guess that was gonna be OK then.
