Notice the backs of their t-shirts: God Hates America
It's only a matter of time before one of those maggots get seriously hurt or worse.
I don't know for certain -- if I knew what funeral it was I could look.
Delaware...I clicked on the name of the poster of video.
Interesting bit of information on this mentally ill family. I'd recommend ECT for most of these people on a continual basis until they are cured of their mental disease.
Thanks for the link.
Not quite as bad as Cult Phelps but that is not the time nor the place. If they want to go picket in D.C. fine. That is the American way and people have protested war ever sense. A hospital or sickbay in the military is a place of respect. Cover removed.
The troops healing and some passing on in Walter Reed are an involuntary captive audience and the troops are not the ones who make our nations policy.
My tagline is a quote from an obscure science fiction show called "Firefly." The scene is two of the characters picking up firearms in preparation for a rescue attempt. One of the characters is Shepherd Derrial Book, who is a Christian monk of unknown denomination. ('Shepherd' is his title.) The full quotes are:
Zoë: Shepherd, isn't the Bible kind of specific about killing?
Book: Very specific. It is, however, somewhat fuzzy around the area of kneecaps.
"It's only a matter of time before one of those maggots get seriously hurt or worse."
Hmmmm...Let me ponder that and get back to you.
A Scripture they may have overlooked:
"Judge not, lest ye bring judgement upon your own house."
I hope no harm comes to them. They are wrong in a very dangerous way. Simple-minded people must sometimes be protected from themselves. Freedom of speech just doesn't belong at a funeral.
LOL. I need to find that show. Is it on DVD?
Yeah, it would be bad if one of them got hurt. But they don't seem to give a damn about the hurt they cause to others.
I refer to anyone who leads this cult. That includes Phelps and any "elders" who've brainwashed their children,...
From what I have read about this group, there is no plurality of elders who meet the qualifications listed by the apostle Paul in the epistles of 1 Tim and Titus. Indeed, Fred's abusive behavior disqualifies him. The Westboro group is a sad example of the danger the apostle Paul warned the Ephesian elders in Acts 20. Paul's description, "savage wolves," is a quite apt description of Phelps. The "Chief Shepherd" will take care of business. Ezekiel has dire warnings for elders who abuse the sheep.
"You left out the point that Larry Flynt has videos of him hosing Cindy Sheehan."
If you've got 'em, Larry, let's see 'em.
Excuse me .. didn't the President just sign some legislation to prevent these people from targeting our military funerals ..?? What happened ..??
The complete series (only one season) is on DVD and the SciFi Channel has acquired it from Fox and is running it.
Here is a link: http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0303461/
Exactly.
They are a family of lawyers. Their sick minds are sustained by their infamy and their sick bellies are filled using money from lawsuits.
I recommend a rubber room for the duration.
Freedom of speech just doesn't belong at a funeral.
What they are doing should not be covered under "Freedom of Speech". If I go into a crowded theatre and yell out "fire" when there is none, and someone dies in the ensuing "stampede", I would be charged with murder. What these people are doing falls into this type of behavior IMHO.
I think that legislation applies to national cemeteries.
I believe that bill only covers a funeral at a National Cemetary.
Sounds to me like they're all members of the same family.
Too bad!
