I feel sorry for these people. They are obviously not very intelligent and are being led astray by a wicked preacher.

A Scripture they may have overlooked:
"Judge not, lest ye bring judgement upon your own house."

I hope no harm comes to them. They are wrong in a very dangerous way. Simple-minded people must sometimes be protected from themselves. Freedom of speech just doesn't belong at a funeral.

What they are doing should not be covered under "Freedom of Speech". If I go into a crowded theatre and yell out "fire" when there is none, and someone dies in the ensuing "stampede", I would be charged with murder. What these people are doing falls into this type of behavior IMHO.
