November 30, 2006 -- THE K-K-Kramer scandal murdered Michael Richards' career - but it's doing wonders for sales of the latest "Seinfeld" DVD.
Season 7 of the popular sitcom is outselling the Season 6 set (released on the same day last year) by more than 75 percent, and more than 90 percent over season 5 at some online DVD retailers, according to TMZ.com.

it's Jesse Jackson' called-for boycott that has sales soaring. Exactly. It's the dragging-Michael-Richards-through-the-streets spectacle that has created a sympathetic backlash. If Action Jackson and the other race hustlers had stayed low, that would have actually left a more negative impression of Richards.

I've never been a fan of Seinfeld, nor watched more than a show or two the whole time it was on. But since JJ wants a boycott, I'll probably buy a DVD or two just for grins........

One of the litigants and Gloria Allred were on Sean Hannity yesterday. Sean asked if the litigant was heckling and he said no. Sean asked where he was and he responded that he was in the balcony which overlooks the stage. Sean exclaimed "You were in the balcony?"
Maybe entry to this comedy club should have a proviso that warns that you enter at your own risk. This would be similar to the fine print on athletic tickets which prevent spurious lawsuites when hit by a "foul ball" or in this case foul language!

I've encountered African-Americans who loathe Seinfeld because the cast is all supposedly Jewish.
