However, it emerged today that Brown's 4 month old baby has cystic fibrosis (hes already had a baby die) so I think we should spare a thought.
Fair play to Cameron; he was the first there offering good wishes.
Cameron's son has cerebral palsy.
You can't be a British politician without some family tragedy.
Cystic fibrosis is a terrible condition. He has my sympathies.
