ree stories today, my good friends, on happiness -- which, as I say, stuns me, given the fact that I thought everybody was delirious after the elections. I haven't heard of any Post-Election Stress Trauma, such as after the '04 election a bunch of south Floridians needed to go get counseling over the fact that Bush won. They needed counseling after the Bush election victory. I haven't heard of anything marginally like that at all, yet apparently there is a lot of misery, and so all the stories on happiness are out. The three headlines are: "Researchers Seek Routes to Happier Life;" another headline is: "Study: Money, Happiness Link is Complex," and then there's: "The Secret to Success -- A hit Internet movie claims to reveal centuries-old secrets to getting what you want in life."

If nothing else I think we are becoming more and more effective all the time,it's like pulling teeth and nothing happens overnight.
I think pelosi thought twice about how we would tear her apart if she went with either murtha or
Alcee.
Without us here doing what we do, she might have done otherwise. I think the same can be said about the war, the dem/rats know that if they cut and run it could cost them politically because we would never let them off the hook and would burn up server after server on the net getting the word out.
