Secretary of State Rice and National Security Advisor Hadley are with him.

Bush plans to travel to Jordan later in the week for a summit with Iraqi Prime Minister Nouri al-Maliki. Maliki fired 3,000 government employees for militia ties. This is an effort to deal with political leaders to disarm the militias. Coalition officials are supporting that effort.
