I've always thought that June - December 1950 was one of the most fascinating periods of American military history. This book puts a lot of it into perspective.

I majored in history in college, yet I know very little about the Korean War. My mother, who was 35 yo in 1950, remembers very little about it. My children and siblings didn't learn very much about it, either.

The book will be very informative.
