According to this idiot liberal judge the money we are using is illegal. How stupid can these people be? Is there a limit for their stupidity?

Actually the "money" is illegal. Printing the word "Dollar" on a piece of paper doesn't make it a dollar.

Unfortunately, no. There is no limit to stupidity, ambition, greed, etc., etc.

Man's natural thirst for power must be checked and monitored by a hundred constraints. And they work tirelessly to eliminate those constraints.

Many other countries have slightly different sizes and textures for specific denominations of bills. Makes counterfeiting more difficult, and much less shortchanging of consumers. Unfortunately, we would need to overhaul all automated sorting and counting equipment throughout the US banking and finance industry. Blind folks will need to continue to fold, spindle, and mutilate US currency. To make a change would cost $billions. You called the stupidity correctly.

Irredeemable paper money is illegal because its unconstitutional. The federal government was never given the power to print fiat currency...the vast majority of the Framers would have been horrified by the birth of Federal Reserve, paper money, price inflation and so many of the same ills created by the American colonies' ultimately worthless bills of credit...one of the very reasons the Framers convened the Constitutional Convention

That was a rhetorical question, right?

what about stupid people !......

I am relatively stupid, which makes the entire monetary system unfair to me !

I should get monthly payments from smart people in order to make it fair !

First of all, it's printed right there on the bill, "legal tender for debts public and private and between that tender honey you don't want the missus to find out about".

Second, everybody knows that money talks.

I don't see, uh, get, I mean get the problem here. Overturned on appeal, I'm sure of it.

Brought to us by the same idiots who mandated the "low flow" toilet, which has so much enriched my life as I now get to stand by for 30 seconds to confirm that my handiwork has made it down the pipes, repeatedly flushing as necessary. I keep a stick handy, too, just in case. In a sane world, these fools would be tarred, feathered, and exiled.

The whole US monetary system is unfair to me. I never have enough of it.

But as is obvious from this jack ass decision there is no limit to their stupidity.
