No, she is pretty much confined to the bed.
She wants to get up but her body won't let her, she hides the pain she is feeling. We know it because when we have to move her she can't hide it.
My brother and Aunt take care of her, they have to slide her up in the bed so she can sit up and read, write etc....She is very pleasant to visit, a woman full of knowledge and loves to share it.
Bless her heart! Sounds like she has a good life with people who love her.
I'll bet she has 1000 stories to tell.
