Some moderate Republicans win in some areas but I don't think that's the rule.

Instead of moderate Republicans leaning right for votes, maybe we need conservative Republicans who are willing to lean to the middle on occasion to get votes. Too many "moderate" Republicans sound like Democrats and don't do well in debates with Democrats because they are too liberal.

I think each area has to be looked at separately but also overall one has to look at what the actual media is pushing and either counter that totally with good winning arguments or adopt policies that look like you are listening to the media who claim they are for the everyday folks.

Sucks I know but sometimes we have to do this to win and certainly it is helping in the UK with Conservative Party polls numbers.

The MSM is still powerful and still needs to be taken notice of and used to our advantage.
