Yes, they can....remember "bunkering down?" Layin low? IOW, not doing your job? Giving up in spirit translates into hesitation and waiting it out. If our troops become dispirited, that extra-effort may not come...I hope not.

The troops don't make the decisions.

Just as in mfg. business, the workers who keep the clocks running and, doing all the heavy work are the least of these.

The soldier who is doing the bleeding, sweating, crying, and dying, is all that is holding the army together. While in DC the political hacks crow like cocks at all the fine work they are doing themselves.
What the arrogant political bastards are doing to our fighting men and, women is shameful.

The military of the United States has the power to end this war by killing the enemy.
We have never won any war without totally killing all the enemy.

If top leaders of the Iraq government doesn't want collateral
deaths kill their a** first and, show these murdering pigs we mean to win this war, or get the he** out of Iraq.
