The Warren Report never resolved The issues that are a matter of controversy to this day : the magic bullet, how many shots were fired, how many shooters were involved,
where the shooters were positioned, etc.

Actually, Boothe made no secret about his plan to kill the
President and he was killed in a shootout.

The Warren Commission was flawed but they did arrive with the conclusion Oswald fired three shots and that only three shots were fired. At least they had that right.

Many years ago I saw a report by CBS ( I think), in which they had a shooter duplicate Oswald's 'impossible' shots.
Pretty much convinced me that Oswald could have and did shoot JFK.

They're not ALL innocent, but many were.
I don't like the weight given to jailhouse snitches testifying in order to gain something.

And what does that have to do with the fact that he was never found guilty of anything nor that he never confessed?

Eyewitnesses saw Boothe shoot the President and he fled the
jurisdiction. As far as Oswald is concerned, as a matter of law, I don't think he was formally charged with the JFK murder: nor was he tried
in a court of law.

Eyewitnesses saw Oswald shoot the president and he fled the jurisdiction. That's why the police were looking for him when he killed the officer.

Is it not possible that Oswald was supposed to deliberately
draw attention of the police: he said" I'm just a patsy".
