Allah has granted a rank higher to those who strive hard, fighting Jihad with their wealth and bodies to those who sit (at home). Unto each has Allah promised good, but He prefers Jihadists who strive hard and fight above those who sit home. He has distinguished his fighters with a huge reward.”
Bukhari:V1B2N25 [hadith] “Allah’s Apostle {mohammad] was asked, ‘What is the best deed?’ He replied, ‘To believe in Allah and His Apostle Muhammad.’ The questioner then asked, ‘What is the next best in goodness?’ He replied, ‘To participate in Jihad, religious fighting in Allah's Cause.’”

The jihadis agree that one should only worship the true God, but they also believe that tawhid includes the idea that God is the only law giver, only he — not people, kings or states — has sovereignty. Therefore, if anyone claims to have the right to make laws, he’s actually making a religious, not political, statement. He’s saying “I’m God. I know better than God.... This implies that democracy is a foreign religion, not a political system.
This Qutbian notion is so bizarre. Allah is Sovereign. Hence Allah is Lawmaker. If the city council passes a law to stop your car at a red light, they are usurping divine power. If you stop your car at a red light, you are offering worship to the humans on the city council.

Jihadis also believe that ... the war cannot end until the entire world has been conquered for their version of Islam. This is the defining point of the ideology of jihadism. To them, jihad is a matter for each individual since there is no authentic Islamic state to declare war. If you decide not to join them, you’ve declared yourself an unbeliever.
This is how they "excommunicate" other Muslims and declare them to be nondifferent from infidels. For them, any Muslim not killing infidels is de facto supporting people who "worship humans" by obeying human laws, and is no better than the infidel himself.
