Yes, the judge struck it down but I found some amusement in the fact that at my voting place, they asked for ID. I suppose if someone balked they would have had to let them vote without ID. I wondered at the time if it was legal for them to ask but it must have been since they were asking everyone.

That is interesting, I voted absentee which required me to have my ballot envelope notarized and believe me they asked for my ID. Next thing we will be hearing Notaries can't require ID on absentee ballots, just not fair.
